SHORT SALES & NEGOTIATION
Negotiations are an important part of any successful real estate transaction. Having successfully completed hundreds of short sales over the course of the past 16+ years I believe I have developed the tools necessary to resolve the most difficult scenarios bringing multiple parties, all with different agendas, to the table to work out a solution that everyone can be happy with. Sometimes this involved collaboration and compromise, helping parties come together with a mutual understanding. Other times fighting tooth and nail for my clients to insure that their rights/needs are being protected.
A complete, in-depth knowledge is key to this process. Understanding the wants, needs, desires, rights and options available to all parties allows me to guide parties away from the perception of the way “things should be” to an understanding of the way things are. By providing information, helping to teach understanding of all aspects of the available options and keeping focus on the desired end results I find that people naturally come to the decision that is right for them and at the same time produces a successful conclusion to the negotiations.
